How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 18-30 business days for orders outside of the United States. In some instances, we offer a pre-order option, those shipping times vary. Some items are made-on-demand and will take longer to ship. Made-on-demand items are made especially for you, it will always be noted on the item's page.
What does Pre-Order mean?
Some of our products are backordered or not yet available. These items will be listed as pre-order when you checkout. We are not able to give exact dates on the delivery of these items but you will be notified as soon as the items ship. You may contact us at anytime for an update on your specific order.
When will I get my tracking number?
Once order has been processed, the tracking Number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and emailed to you. Please note once you get the tracking number, the post office takes about 5 business days to activate the tracking. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us here and include your order number.
What qualifies as a "business day"?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept all major credit cards transacted in USD and PayPal.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order by clicking here. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Once you return your item your original payment method will be refunded within 5 business days.
What if my item is delivered damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item for a full refund by clicking here. Please include your order number and a photograph of the damaged item item. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Why was I charged a fee to receive my international order?
International orders are subject to customs fees to be paid by the recipient. Failure to pay customs fees could mean that your package will be returned to sender.
